Terms of use
Effective November 3, 2026
What these terms cover
These terms cover willishud.com, its live demo and its waitlist, run by WillisHUD ("we") from New York. WillisHUD itself hasn't
opened yet; its own terms, naming the company that operates it, will be published before accounts open. By using this site,
you agree to these terms.
The demo is for learning
The demo is for learning and curiosity. Its models are illustrations: built-in models are reviewed, but can still contain errors.
Nothing on this site is medical, engineering, electrical or other professional advice. Don't use it to diagnose or treat anyone,
or to plan real electrical, mechanical or medical work.
The waitlist
Joining the waitlist is free and doesn't commit you to buy anything. The features, plans and prices described on this site are
planned for launch and can change before WillisHUD opens. Please sign up only with an email address that's yours.
Using the site fairly
Don't try to break, overload or get around the protections of this site, don't scrape it at a pace a person couldn't, and don't
use it to break the law.
Who owns what
The site's text, design, code and models belong to WillisHUD, except third-party work credited on the site, which is used under
its own license: heart anatomy adapted from BodyParts3D (© The Database Center for Life Science, CC BY 4.0), the three.js library
(MIT license) and the Archivo and Orbitron typefaces (SIL Open Font License).
No warranty
The site and demo are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows.
We don't promise the site will always be available or free of errors.
Limits on liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses from using this free site
or its demo. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law doesn't allow to be limited.
The law that applies
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
Changes and contact
If we change these terms, we'll post the new version here with a new date. Questions: [email protected].
